I'm Jen Ross, one of the leaders of Widow Wise, and I would like to welcome everyone. My point of view on being a widow is a little different. It was my father who passed away almost 4 years ago. He left behind myself, my mother, sister and brother. Our family is extremely close and I have watched my mom, over the past four years, go from overwhelmed, scared and paranoid to strong, confident and happy. She's an amazing woman and has made a new, beautiful life for herself. So, I hope that being the daughter of a widow brings an interesting perspective to Widow Wise and I look forward to building a group that has a huge impact on widows all over the world.
