If you are like me, you had the best intentions in the world but you just never got around to finishing your child’s baby book. I am planning on making my 20 and 24 year old sons their “first” baby book for Christmas. I am going to start now locating pictures, awards, report cards, etc. Today there are so many ways to capture memories…scrapbooking, digitally, and in video. I am looking forward to building something my adult sons will cherish forever. Here is a link to a few ideas that will help get you started…

this is great Jen....my baby books are finished.....I just use photo albums ....one per child....has about two or three years worth of the photos and school memorabelia. But I'm sure I can make them look much better. They love to look through them every now and then. Hopefully they will appreciate them when they are older also. Thanks for the tips!!

What a GREAT idea! I actually only got halfway through my first sons baby book and he is now 30. And as for the other 2 kids - never started. Other things just seem to get in the way. Now I have time to actually put some time into them.  I only hope I can remember all the milestones. LOL

I am the adult (and only) child.  My mother was too crazy busy back in the day to make me a baby book.  I think asking for one for Christmas is a fabulous idea!  I'm currently working on my daughters who is five-months old, but it will take years to complete since it goes all the way up to 5th grade.  Just one event at a time...just added her first Forth of July and her first swimming pool adventure!
