What Should Moms Make?

I'm sure you've heard the question before: What should Moms make? Recently, the Today Show broadcasted salary.com current figures and if all of Mom's roles were outsourced, the work she does is worth about $123,000/year.

I know this study has been done again and again but I still think it is interesting. "Mom's hypothetical salary," or worth, increased 5% since last year.

Love this! My mom stayed at home with us until we were in college and ran a perfect house. She never got the acknowledgment she deserved. No one sees all the hard work that goes into running a smooth ship.

I just got back from maternity leave and can vouch that the stay-at-home-mom is one of the toughest jobs on the planet.  A perfectly run household goes unnoticed and unappreciated by most....

As a new mom, I love this and agree 100%! Now just who can I convince to pay me my worth....  :)
