I was born in Colorado Springs, Co. but just after I turned one, my Florida-born parents moved us ‘back home’ to Tampa, where I lived until I was 18. With no memories of my time in the Rockies and only a few snowsuit snapshots, I definitely consider myself a Florida girl. I’m the oldest of three and my two sisters mean everything to me. I spent my high school years doing three things: dancing (on the school dance team), studying (I was in the IB program) and counting down the days till I moved away to college. I moved to Gainesville to start at UF in 2003. I met my boyfriend Cade in 2005 and we just bought our first house together in Jacksonville. We are now consumed with making it our home - painting, remodeling, etc. Things that make me happy (in no particular order)...spending time with my friends, family & pets, shopping for bargains/deals, white wine, reality TV, cooking, singing along to the radio, countdowns, warm weather, traveling/seeing new places, and sleeping in.
