A nearing 30 newlywed, currently obsessed with making the house I share with my husband and dog our home. I was born in Detroit, Michigan but grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida and moved to Jacksonville after graduating from the University of Florida...following my then-boyfriend, now-husband and my career. I'm convinced I was meant to be a California girl rather than a Florida girl. For years I desperately wanted to live in New York City...until I went to California and realized it was there I could have the best of both worlds...a combination of the big city and the beach, minus the freezing cold weather. I likely will never even get close to moving there because the thought of living so far away from my family is too sad to even think about.
I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, running and yoga. And of course the very guilty pleasures of reality tv and celebrity gossip. I am at a point in my life where I am completely happy and excited about what the future holds.
