Eating right, doing Yoga, avoiding alcohol and being Irish are just some of the reasons Daphne Selfe says she has been "lucky enough" to model for 60 of the past 80 years of her life.  She is considered the oldest catwalk model in Great Britain, where she has worked for such famous labels as Dolce & Gabbana, and been featured in ad campaigns for brands like Gap, Nivea and Olay.

"I got big when I embraced my age and got gray," she said in a recent issue of London's Daily Mail newspaper. 

Sounds like good advice for any woman at any age in any type of role.
