When asked what brings friends together the 20-something young professionals we met with in Charlotte raised their wine glasses and said “this” and shared experiences.

“When I was going through a divorce in my 20s I felt so alone until I met a friend who was going through a serious break-up,” said one woman.  “I bought a bottle of "Fat Bastard" wine and we took a sip every time we said one of our ex’s names.” 

The women have also bonded over “House” wine when one purchased her first home.  “Rodney Strong” became “Be Strong” when another friend was going through a rough patch.  And the wine called “Bitch” is just perfect for those times when you just need to vent.  I think they are onto something here...
