If we could give you 5 minutes to rant or rave about beauty products, what would you say?
Speaking of Try before you buy, good thing there is that return policy. Always find out how much time you have in case you need to return the product. I do offer tea tasting if you are in Boise. It is where you can try the tea before you buy it. How fun.
I think there needs to be more opportunities to "Try it before you buy it" - more free samples, demos in stores, better communication to answer questions related to new product lines- let's face it we are all unique and have unique beauty needs so finding products that we love to love isn't easy!
I'm overwhelmed by all the choices. I just want what works. (And cute packaging never hurt anyone :)
Make more products for SUPER Oily Skin!!!
Please stop discontinuing the products that I love!!! You can only get rid of them if you are actually going to make a comparable or better product in return.
We get wrinkles AND pimples at the same time!!!!!!
Regardless of quality, please stop charging so much money for products that have very little amounts per container!

Create makeup colors that include anti-aging creams and potions so everything works together and for the better.
Make it easier to get ALL the product out of the container it was placed in. Too much of my beauty care regime ends up in the trash because I can't get all of it out of the container. Spend less on outer packaging and spend more on helping me get more out of your package.
